Exchange Policy
At RD Helmet, we want you to find the perfect fit. We offer size exchanges within 14 days of purchase for online orders only.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a size exchange, your helmet must meet the following conditions:

Online purchase only
- Exchanges are only accepted for helmets purchased through our online store. In-store purchases cannot be exchanged as helmets have already been tried on in store

Unworn condition
- The helmet must not have been worn

Original sticker labels intact
- All sticker labels must still be attached to the helmet

Within 14 days
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

Original packaging
- Helmet should be in its original packaging when possible
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for
- We'll verify your helmet meets the exchange conditions
- Ship the helmet back to us (shipping costs may apply)
- Once received and inspected, we'll send your new size
Important Notes

Online purchases only
- In-store purchases are not eligible for exchange as customers have the opportunity to try helmets before purchase

Exchanges are for size only
- we do not accept returns for refunds on helmets due to hygiene and safety reasons
- Helmets that have been worn or have sticker labels removed cannot be exchanged
- Replacement parts (liners, visors, bolts) are final sale and cannot be exchanged
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
